What SellScope is

SellScope.ai ("SellScope," "we," "us") is an AI-powered tool that generates optimized Amazon product listings. By using SellScope, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts or create multiple free accounts to bypass limits.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use SellScope. SellScope is not directed to children under 13.

Free tier

SellScope offers up to 1 free listing generation without an account. This limit is enforced per IP address and via browser storage. Attempting to circumvent the free tier limit (e.g., using VPNs, clearing storage repeatedly, automated requests) may result in your access being blocked.

We collect pseudonymized usage data to detect and prevent abuse of the free tier. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Paid subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Settings page. If you start with a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before that date.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds for partial months.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until their next renewal after the notice period.

Your content

• You own your input. Product information you provide (names, features, keywords) remains yours.
• You own the output. Generated listings are yours to use however you want — on Amazon, other marketplaces, your own website, etc.
• You grant us a limited license to process your input through our AI pipeline for the purpose of generating your listings. We don't use your product data for any other purpose.
• Don't submit content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, contains illegal material, or violates Amazon's terms of service.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Listings are generated by AI. While we optimize for Amazon's guidelines and character limits, you are responsible for:

• Reviewing all generated content before using it on Amazon.
• Ensuring claims about your product are accurate and truthful.
• Compliance with Amazon's Seller Central policies, category-specific rules, and applicable advertising regulations.
• Any regulatory requirements for your product category (e.g., FDA for supplements, FTC for health claims).

SellScope does not guarantee that generated listings will comply with all Amazon policies, rank well in search results, or result in sales. AI output is a starting point — use your judgment.

Acceptable use

Don't use SellScope to:

• Generate listings for counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products.
• Make false or misleading claims about products.
• Overload our systems with automated or scripted requests beyond normal use.
• Reverse-engineer our AI prompts or system architecture.
• Resell access to SellScope or offer it as a white-label service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Availability and uptime

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. SellScope depends on third-party services (AI providers, hosting, authentication) that may experience outages. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SELLSCOPE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR COMPLIANT WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY POLICIES, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SellScope and its owner from any claims arising from your use of the service, content you create using generated listings, or violations of these terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

• Arbitration may be conducted in Dover, Delaware, or by phone or video conference at your election.
• For claims under $10,000, SellScope will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees.
• Either party may bring claims in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration, provided the claim falls within the court's jurisdictional limits.
• If the arbitrator determines that a claim is frivolous or brought in bad faith, the arbitrator may award the prevailing party its arbitration fees and reasonable attorneys' fees.

SellScope is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. Amazon, Amazon.com, Seller Central, Vendor Central, Brand Registry, FBA, A+ Content, ASIN, A9, Rufus, COSMO, Alexa, and all related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. References to third-party trademarks are for descriptive and comparative purposes only.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll notify registered users by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

General

• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SellScope regarding the service.
• Severability — if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Waiver — our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment — you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
