Free plan
No charge, no commitment, no credit card required. You can use the free tier indefinitely within the included monthly limits.
Free trial
Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time before day 8 in Settings → Manage Subscription. If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged.
Monthly subscription
We do not offer refunds on monthly payments. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals. After canceling, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Annual subscription
If SellScope isn't the right fit, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first annual payment for a full refund. Refunds are not offered on annual renewal payments or after the 14-day window has passed.
How to cancel
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect for future billing cycles; you keep access until the end of your current period. There are no cancellation fees.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, including your account email and the charge date. We review and process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
